If, after reading a little about us, you decide that Montrose Agency International can help you, please follow these three easy steps;
After deciding which service you require, call us and give us the full description of your requirements. Telephone 020 8958 9209
Montrose Agency International will then either match your requirements with the most suitable applicant on our books or send the job description to our many agencies overseas. As soon as we have a possible match, the applicant file is sent to you for your perusal.
The final step is to arrange a telephone interview and if all goes well the family is free to check all the potential employee's references*. If satisfactory this will lead to the successful employment of the nanny, au-pair or mother's help.
A letter of confirmation is always necessary before paperwork can be completed. Once placed
we keep in touch with our clients, giving them travel details and sending a welcome pack to our
applicants. After care service is always available and we speak to the applicants putting them in
touch with other girls close by.
